Raynard Scott was born in 1965 and was born to the Towering House Clan and for the Mountain Recess People Clan. He has been active silversmithing since 1972. He is known for his mix of innovative and traditional design as well as his use of textures and exceptional craftsmanship. Museum collections include: Museum of Man, the Eiteljorg Museum, the Autry Museum of Western Art, the British Museum, and the Smithsonian Museum of the American Indian.
