ORANGE BUGGIE FOLK ART BY DELBERT BUCK (NAVAJO)
Delbert Buck was born in 1976 and is from the area near Farmington, New Mexico. He started making sculpture from found objects when he was 12 and was being represented by galleries within 2 years. His father and siblings helped realize his creations early on by assisting in the assembly and decoration although now all the work is made exclusively by him. He works full time as an electrician on the oil rigs in Bloomfield, New Mexico and makes his art in his spare time.
