Shawn Bluejacket was born in Southern California and spent her childhood in New Zealand. She has been making one-of-a-kind jewelry since her graduation from the Institute of American Indian Arts in 1993. She has a very contemporary aesthetic and loves to use unusual stones and textured metal.
