Alfred "Bo" Lomahquahu was born at Keams Canyon, Arizona in 1964 and is a member of the Roadrunner/Greasewood Clan. He learned to carve by watching his grandfather and step-father Delbert Sewemaenewa. He carved his first Kachina doll at the age of 10 after swiping one of his stepfather's pocket knives.
